VT-36 lathe machining center for machining heat resistant materials.

The group of large lathes is opened by a special model VT-36 made by ALEX-TECH MACHINERY INDUSTRIAL CO, LTD.

This model was originally designed for machining workpieces made of stainless and nickel-containing materials. We all know that this non-trivial task requires, first of all, enormous power and torque, as well as balanced maximally rigid construction. 

The VT-36 CNC lathe we offer from Alextech meets these requirements by 200%. The machine design is based on heavy gray cast iron castings with integrated ultra wide slideways. The torque is transmitted through an integrated gearbox. This makes for a monster torque of 2272 Nm at peak.

These machines are in the heavy lathe class, which allows this equipment to be equipped with a wide range of accessories and options:
