VT-40 ALEX-TECH - Heavy Duty, Heavy Duty CNC Turning Center

VT-40 ALEKSTECH lathes are based on a solid bed consisting of an all-steel construction. Please note that the bed of any length is made of one piece, which dramatically increases the overall reliability of the structure. Slide rails are used to increase the rigidity of the structure. The guides are hardened and precision ground. In order to obtain a perfect contact of the rubbing surfaces, an intricate manual scraping procedure is performed. To reduce friction during operation, a special plastic material is used.

Turning lathes of the VT-40 model have wide machining possibilities even in the basic configuration: rotation diameter of 1000 mm and machining length up to 5000 mm. Turning head for 12 positions with static tools is installed as a basic configuration. The turning center has a completely enclosed machining area.
