The VT-70 CNC lathe from ALEX-TECH MACHINERY is a powerful machine capable of high precision and efficiency in every operation. It features Fanuc OiTD control and Manual Guide I for easy programming and reliable operation. With a maximum swing diameter of up to 990 mm (38.97") and a maximum machining length of up to 3900 mm, this machine is ideal for machining large parts.

The VT-70 heavy-duty lathe comes standard with an A2-15 facing spindle and two-speed gear (300/750 rpm, depending on chuck size). With a 265 mm (10.43") internal spindle bore and 50 hp, it offers high performance and reliability. A 12-tool hydraulically-driven turret provides fast, accurate tool changes.

The VT-70 has X- and Z-axis acceleration up to 16 m/min and 15 m/min, respectively, for fast, smooth tool movements. It also features a programmable tailstock, cooling system, air conditioner for the electrical enclosure area, and a belt conveyor for chip disposal.

Optional equipment options for the VT-70 CNC lathe include a turret with drive tool and VDI 60 adapter with C-axis, a VDI 60 static turret, various hydraulic chuck sizes, Ranishaw or TSCHORN tool measurement systems, movable supports for the hydraulic steady and other options.
