Powerful Turning Centers VT-27G, VT-28B ALEX-TECH

The top level of the mid-series CNC lathes opens up the popular VT-27G and VT-28B ALEX-TECH models.

The machines feature the highest rigidity of design and terrific power. The VT-27G has a gearbox with a phenomenal amount of torque. Everyone understands that fabricating parts from difficult-to-machine materials and alloys requires maximum torque, which our turning centers provide in abundance.

 As an example, we can equip a railway bearing production area with these machines, namely the VT-27G ALEXTEX. Machining of large diameter parts of bearing steel is not feasible for most lathes. But our lathe machining centers have successfully coped with this task for more than ten years. Due to the high rigidity and precision of the machines, there is no loss of precision or performance. In this project the customer has purchased machines with a single spindle in the basic configuration. However, the machine can be equipped with a whole range of accessories if needed:
- counter spindle
- turret with driven tool
- various CNC systems
- various automation systems for machining such as bar feeders, loading-unloading robots, workpiece carriers, etc.
