Small precision lathe VT-10 ALEX-TECH

The ALEX-TECH series of small precision lathes was developed with the introduction of the VT-10.

This lathe embodies all the modern developments in the production of "office" tool machining centers. An important advantage here is the extremely small working space required for the operation of this lathe.

The compact but powerful design and the use of the highest quality steels (made in Japan) for the guideways enable the lathe to operate for many years without even a hint of loss of accuracy.

Wide modification possibilities of the machine. This machine can be equipped with a linear tool holder (GANG TYPE), a static turret, as well as a turret with driven tool and VDI30 mounting system. An interesting feature is that the machine layout allows the turret and static tools to be mounted simultaneously on a linear toolholder (GANG TYPE). This dramatically expands the possibilities of this "office" lathe for complex machining of complex parts.

Like all other small NC lathes made by ALEKSTECH this machining center model VT-10 can be equipped with a wide spectrum of additional equipment expanding its capabilities and automating its operation:

- automatic bar feeder controlled by CNC

- feeding system of separate blanks in different versions

- Robot for loading and unloading of blanks

- workpiece catcher

- Finished parts conveyor for removing them from the machining area

- drilling and milling unit for use on machines with a linear toolholder (GANG TYPE)
