Small precision lathe VT-12 ALEX-TECH

Small "office" precision lathe model VT-12 manufactured by ALEX-TECH is a kind of transitional model. It is located between small and medium series machines.

This machine was developed for precision machining of parts of small and medium groups.

A powerful design, heavy-duty steels of the machine elements, as well as a productive drive make it possible to process parts with a diameter of up to 400 (rotation diameter) and a length of 150 mm. In this case, the turning diameter is 180 mm.

And all this in a compact one-piece body, which allows you to install this VT-12 lathe in almost any industrial environment.

Like all other small CNC lathes from ALEXTECH, this VT-12 machining center can be equipped with a wide range of additional equipment that expands its capabilities and automates its work:

- Automatic bar feeder controlled by CNC

- system for feeding individual workpieces in various designs

- robot for loading and unloading workpieces

- parts catcher

- conveyor of finished parts to take them out of the processing area

- drilling and milling unit for use on machines with a linear tool post (GANG TYPE)
